Account administration

Business information

Your name, your public link and your brand assets. Small page, wide reach — most of what is here appears on every page your customers see and in every message you send them.

Where to find it

Account settingsBusiness information.

Needs the permission accounts.update (update this account). Owners and Admins have every permission by default.

Your business name

Use the name customers know you by rather than the registered company name. It appears at the top of your join page, on your booking pages, on the waiting-room board and in every message — a text from a name somebody does not recognise gets ignored.

Your public short name

The word in the middle of all your public links — your join page, your booking page, your branch directory. Short, recognisable and easy to read aloud is what you want.

Changing it breaks anything already printed

Every existing QR code and every link you have shared points at the old one and stops working. If you change it, reprint your codes and update your website and social profiles at the same time. Some names are unavailable because they collide with pages the product itself uses.

Brand assets

Your logo and imagery, used on public pages and in emails. Colours, fonts and layout are set separately under custom design.

Check the result on a phone. A logo that looks right in a browser tab can be unreadable at the top of a page on a handset.

Your website

Recorded so customers can get back to you from a public page. A bare domain is accepted and completed for you.

Branch details are separate

Addresses, phone numbers and opening hours belong to each branch rather than to the business, since they differ. See location details.
